For those that have experienced the utterly amazing DFK that Mia (formerly Betty) gives, I’m looking for your recommendation for a lady that comes very close to that (if you can recommend someone in my budget who exceeds it, I’ll even give my eternal thanks)!
I prefer independents but am open to an agency lady. Budget for this particular wish is a maximum of $450 (hopefully less) per hour.
