The issue of Deposits.
I have put a ton of thought into the following.
A couple of years ago I approached a very reputable lady here in Victoria and she asked for a deposit. Right away I became sceptical. So much, I abandoned the conversation. I was shocked I would ever be asked for such a thing. When I contact a lady, my motives and intent is true. Why would I expose myself to such a fraudulent ideology, but wait. This Victoria! Without a robust online community where the ladies can vet you as much as we vet them. Or so you should! They, like us. Rely on a marketing medium such as LeoList. We all know what that minefield is full of. Believe it or not guys…. The ladies are exposed to as much scams as we are. If they are not, well. They are subject to NO SHOWS, and weirdos.
It took me 2 years to respect why the Victoria REPUTABLE providers are starting to ask for deposits. Most Indie’s are low volume providers, so. If they chose to see 1 or 2 clients a day. They want the clients to actually show the fuck up.
Now, I would like to think that the majority of you hobbyist in this community are true to your word when you make arrangements to see a lady. That being said. I want those of you who think paying a deposit is absurd to think again when contacting REPUTABLE local ladies.
So now I want to engage the LADIES in the next breath.
How do we confirm a deposit without giving up a banking name through an e-transfer. Understanding that this does put certain strain on us, no matter the situation. Married or otherwise.
One way around this, I would suggest. Is building a community here. We already have the platform in PERB. That being said. I have come to learn what those monthly costs are substantial to the ladies, so. I understand the apprehension from providers to pay advertising cost. Leolist costs are minimal per ad in comparison. A reputable community would also bring reputable travelling ladies, if they knew they could market elsewhere other than Leolist. I would hazard a guess here. Reputable ladies would rather pay $100/ month to generate reputable clients, rather than be dealt the shit show $10 (estimated) per ad on Leolist.
For those of you who want to shit all over my theories or experience as a hobbyist. Just don’t.
