This must be the engineer in me. I got a good idea. The next time you get a hold of a helium balloon. Tie a string with a weight to it. Jerk-off, aim and repeat. once you keep hitting your target dead on you should have it.

For those ladies that try and avoid it. tie another string to the balloon and when you ready to blow give the string a pull and try and hit the moving target.

Hell you could even print of your favorite porns stars face and glue it to the balloon.

I know some people might think this is fucked idea, but hey practice makes perfect.
