Although I have no experience as far as Cuddle Up, the website is concerned, I have had a cuddle up and more experience.
Ms Beatrice, in DT (she has an incall in Surrey too), offers similar services for I believe it was 150/hr. Basically, it is a make out session in bed. Full service is not allowed but HE is available. But if you are not interested on the sexual side of things, I guess you are free to just cuddle up.
