You are a newbie, so I will encourage others to cut you some slack and be as nice I can, but seriously, if you need to ask this question, not sure you are ready for this game.

Glad you asked the question before you did anything with your credit card.....I suspect everyone will be telling you to keep it in your pocket....keep asking questions cause there is no point wasting time or money when there is a forum like this to offer some insight....everyone was new to it once....keep asking questions....
