Coupons and tipping....

I am new to this site and this province so I am really not sure about protocol. If a place advertises all inclusive should you still tip the standard 15%? It is a service industry and I would never enjoy a good meal with great service and not tip the server.Actually even for crappy wait services you find yourself still tipping at least 10%. Do men feel like we should tip our ladies or just leave.


Another thing I think is really funny is the coupons I see in the paper for like 20 dollars off!! Do people actually clip them and bring them in and do the places honor them,or is it just a way to generate more potential clients.When I saw the coupons I thought wow now I have seen everything. Can not see myself using one now but hey if I get too into this who knows??


Just wanted some insight on appropriate behaviors and beleifs when it comes to purchasing power.....

Time to take the plunge

Hey JamesNew2 bc—you & I should hit one of those AMPs together one night; I've always enjoyed mentoring.

My approach is to always ask for the all-inclusive and then tip .2 on top of the all-inclusive—but only if I've no MAJOR complaint about the service. My most common minor complaints are incompetent massage and forgettable BJ skills; I usually still tip. My most common major complaint is rushing: an SP's request that you come soon even though there's plenty of time left. In this case I never tip.

About the coupons: they apply only to posted massage room fees—not to the all-inclusive (which is offered by most, but not all AMPs, but never posted). If you use the coupon to get a reduction in the massage room fee, that then means you need to negotiate your own rate with the SP, almost always BEFORE she delivers service. Usually this will be between $.2-$.6 for 45 min at an AMP.

In my experience, negotiating in person with a massage girl gives her greed too much of an opportunity to kick in, which usually ends up being a worse deal for you, unless you bargain her down—which, however, takes more confidence than most rookie pooners have and is quite likely to spoil her motivation.

Hope this helps. But don't worry about appropriate massage parlour "protocol" too much, brother; just take the plunge and try to stay below $$.

Tipping is not expected in this industry whether at an agency, MP, or with an independent. However, for men who tip (assuming you were happy with your experience) the provider will be very appreciative and will likely try to offer you an even better experience next time. She'll likely be more flexible on her schedule to be able to meet you and just generally more enthusiastic because she knows you appreciated her enough to tip. For my regular "tippers" I sometimes like to surprise them with something too, so everybody wins.
There's no need for it to be a % of the rate. Just a little something to help cover those extra expenses (cab fare, incall fee, etc.) is always appreciated.

Some have a "wish list" of items they want as a tip.
