I quit smoking in January and put on a lot more weight than I thought I would.
Though not 'addicted' per se, to alcohol, I found I could no longer enjoy the couple of glasses I used to have every night. My stomach couldn't stomach it anymore. So, no more booze.
Still having some other issues, so thought I'd quit the coffee habit of 3 good big strong cups every morning. i know the stuff is like drinking battery acid. Had my last cup 3 days ago and still feeling terrible. GOD HELP ME.
I'm wondering if quitting coffee is more difficult than cigarettes. The constant headache is making life miserable. That topped with this totally exhausted feeling.
Any suggestions? I've been taking Tylenol when I need to stop the pain to sleep, but find that taking it too often actually gives me headaches so I try to stay away from that stuff.
I'm taking on my rich food addiction next.. so may as well ask if anyone has any cures for that? lol
Also wondering if anyone has a cure for boredom?
