When the lady sets her price, she’s anticipating a normal session, not a pounding that can be delivered only with medical intervention. On the other hand, the medical intervention could make the whole experience more surreal for the client. It seems to me that if a client wants to keep it up longer with the blue pill, and last longer with the numbing agent, then he should tell the lady beforehand so that she knows what to expect and price her services appropriately, or decline the appointment.

Am I right?
