Cash Ap(s) for Payment

Hello, my Canadian brothers (and sisters). Dumb American here and yes, I know that’s redundant

I am returning soon for another visit and will probably go with one of the agencies. Since I haven’t been to any of them (in Van) before, I’m prepared to put a deposit down or whatever is needed…my question is, what apps or payment methods do you all use up there? I want to be prepared ahead of time. We have Venmo and PayPal, of course, although most people, including myself, don’t use PayPal for “play”. I have used another one that is actually called Cash App, so that’s another option. Just don’t make me use one that’s only in metric please! Thanks.

PS – I’ll have Canadian cash for the SP, I’m just talking about a deposit for the agency.

We don’t have cash up or venmo here as the banks here have a monopoly on cash transfers. The only app we do have is paypal but most are hesitant to use PayPal as it can be easy to get refunds. Best bet is to ask if the agency is comfortable with PayPal or an e gift card. Though I can’t see an agency using an e gift card but it’s always safe to just inquire !

No Cashapp, venmo, Zelle or any of the others work in Canada. I am not sure if interac email transfers work from the USA, I doubt it. Paypal can work, use the friends/family option and call it a birthday gift or something, Pay Pal can and does confiscate money from sex workers. Western Union Money Transfer is another option, but a total pain in the ass.
