Technically, the flagging function on LL is only meant to make them aware of ads that violate their posting guidelines. And I've flagged numerous ads for that very reason only to find the ads seem to never get removed anyway. There's no way to actually "report" why you're flagging the ad. It all seems like an exercise in futility quite frankly but flag away and see if you have more success than I have.

I have to weigh in on this and share my horrible experience, went about two weeks ago, big mistake.
