For me, even though I love big boobies I've always preferred real and small/er than fake and big/ger, especially when you see some of those jobs that just don't fit the women's frame. It just looks ridiculous.

I am very concerned with a natural shape and feel - which is why I am doing my research. I don't want to end up with those hard, bizarre looking, huge spheres I see on some girls. I actually only want to go up to a large C while still maintaining a tear drop shape.

Implants eh!! Nice!! But why bother with a large C if you can get a small D. That would compliment your body shape very nicely.
All I have to say is do your research baby. Lots of people out there who got enhancements and didn't like them. They will add undue stress to your lower back which may cause lower back problems. If not now, then I guarantee later on otherwise you can call me a big fat liar. A big concern would be whether or not your body will accept them also. If your body doesn't accept those foreign behemoths (sp?), you have headaches, muscles aches, nausea to look forward to.
Anyways, my 2 pennies. If you get them remember to post a pic so we can stare...I mean stare...I mean appreciate them.

now don't get me wrong I love breasts...all sizes of breasts. I wouldn't choose not to see a lady because she was small breasted nor would I choose someone just because they have large tits either.
