Breast Implants - Cohesive Gel Implants

Been thinking about getting breast implants on and off since I was 15 years old. Not that I have much to cry about with 36B's but I'd like to go to a large C as I have an hourglass figure which would look more balanced with larger breasts.

Anyway - I have felt Saline implants and they feel like exactly what they are - bags of water and so heavy and hard- the sloshing was gross! Liquid silicone implants are more natural feeling and lighter but alas the dangers.

Now however there is a new type of breast implant called Cohesive Silicone Gel implants. They come in a natural tear drop shape and supposedly feel more natural - with a gummy bear like consistency. The perfect shape is really important for me.

Please don't do it. Enhanced looks good under clothes but never feel as good when in play. I know tastes very but I think if you did a poll (Maybe I will) you would find that most guys would take real A's over enhanced C/D/E/F etc.. Some are done well and you ALMOST can't tell they are enhanced but that is rare. Besides if you read the page, call it what you want but that stuff is still silicon. Also I saw a documentary on breast implants and they said they have to be changed out every 10-15 years.

It sounds like you have a great figure. If you want an hour glass figure you should be able to do some work out to accomplish this look. You could try loving the body you are given. [And a trainer]

It kind of drives me crasy when beautiful women feel they have to go under the knife, for what???? Perfection!

We were born imperfect, and we must learn to make the best of what we have. I have seen many women have this breast enhancement thing done, and most regret it. I hope you understand this is not a one time surgery, and apparently it must be done again every 10 years.

No no no NO NO NO F*ck NOoo! Christ why the hell would you??? unless it's reconstructive & even then that is a stretch. I had many heated conversations while I worked with clients over this & even as a dancer I hear this all the time....men do not like "their" female to be fake. Breasts are fat & if you do not carry enough on your frame, then you are keeping them tiny-besides some men like tiny If you want big tits you have to think if your body can even pull that off---I'v seen many top heavy ladies in the last year not attractive in any way.
Hun, I am stuck with boobs because that's what my Mumzy & Bubba have given me...work with what you got babe (thats hotter then anything ) I believe that as I age my opinions will differ at times, but I'm cheating myself if I want to go fake...why should anyone be fake? Do not do it; implants will never stop costing you, you have to maintain them every 5-10 years & I don't care what the FDA deems "safe" they'll be or will contribute to your deamise.

Until the past year, I'd always been a B cup and although I've heard lots of guys over the years tell me that was small, I never ever gave a crap and was very happy about the size I got. I hate bras. I hate wearing a bra and B cups were perfect for that.
Not too much jiggling , didn't look obvious that I wasn't wearing a bra. --


Now.. all of a sudden now that I've turned 30, I've somehow managed to go up to a C cup and I must say that while I do enjoy how they look, I still prefer the way they looked as B's -- there's just something about cute perky B's that let me get away with only wearing a bra if I'm showing off the set with fancy panties.
They just sit nice and cute, effortlessly, low maintenance and always pleasantly cooperative. --
C's without a bra is definitely more obvious and I find myself being more aware of it......
(Does it mean I actually wear a bra all the time now?... hmmm No, not quite ... but it is more obvious.)
And wearing a bra with C's got even more uncomfortable. Ugh. Fuck I hate wearing a bra.


So, just like for everything else, there are pros and cons to both and any size or shape imaginable.. but personally I'm a big fan of natural.
Confidence is what is ultimately attractive, sexy to others, whether they're aware of it or not.
And expensive silicone or saline fillers don't guarantee confidence... they guarantee bigger boobs, that's it.
I'm not saying getting implants automatically means lack of confidence.. To each their own, of course.
But I certainly don't think it achieves that and generally speaking, I think most women (NOT all, of course) do end up doing it for the wrong reasons, which is thinking it will solve their problem with confidence and I highly doubt it has any effect in the long run.


The way someone feels about themselves or their body can't and won't ever be fixed by going under the knife.
--- So what other good reasons could possibly explain or justify the expenses and the risks involved when it comes to such surgeries - all of it just in order to get bigger breasts than the ones they was born with, which were fine to begin with? ---

As I said in the other thread, I wouldn't do it for the sake of size (but that's just my opinion). I'd only do it for shape if you think you can perk them up. And I'd then only get the best surgeon you could find. Over half the boob jobs I see make boobs look worse. I'd look into options that avoid huge scars on the nipples such as those that go through the navel and armpits. At least if you go that route the only thing that can go terribly wrong is shape.

well, if you are an sp and think your breasts are keeping you from making the money you would like to make, you can consider it an investment.

If you would do it for a partner, I think it is s mistake. No partner is worth mutilating yourself for. You'd better wait for the right guy who will like you the way you are.

If you are doing it for yourself, it is OK I guess, but still you need some soul searching to find out why don't you like yourself and what makes you judge yourself by your looks so much that you are willing to risk your health and spend all that money?

Just food for thought: How would you like to have sex or oral sex with a guy with penis implant that is visible and makes the penis feel unnatural? Would you think he is vain or foolish? Would it creep you out?

Just think about what men feel like when they touch a hard tennis ball instead of soft breast tissue? I think the only guys who like breast implants are the ones with a kind of an implant fetish. Do you want to limit your clientale or future boyfriends to be those?

And what will you do when the implants need change? How many times are you willing to undergo surgery? You can't just remove them without making them look worse than before the implant.

But then again, with the implats, dressed up, you could get many guys salivating....

Do it - as long as you keep them in proportion to your body, and never for size only for shape. A nice natural perky looking C or D implant (body type pending) is the best way to go.
