Updating sites can do that , why don’t you call them and ask instead of a rant ?
Hello everyone,
Apologies for the lack of communication / warning of potential disruption regarding our website. As many of you know, there was a server outage back in Jan of this year when Rogers was migrating Shaw's "legacy" accounts to their new systems. This impacted hundreds of businesses, and we were one of them unfortunately. They did resolve that issue, and have now migrated our site over to their new systems which required a server update and DNS updates.
The issues should be resolved within 24 - 48 hrs, however if you'd like to try clearing your "Cache" that has proven effective as an immediate fix for several users.
I have also posted a thread here on PERB, in the Nanaimo Advertising forum with some additional information, a list of schedules for this week, as well as 1 photo of each provider available this week.

While unrelated to the server issues, I am still pursuing the development of our new website and am looking forward to launching that once it is ready.
