As some of you may recall, and for any who are unaware - a Shaw to Rogers infrastructure and migration issue caused a website outage lasting for several days back in January of this year, affecting hundreds of businesses, not just mine. While that was resolved temporarily on their end, we have now had our website migrated within their systems, which required a server change and DNS updates. This has resulted in some users being temporarily unable to view our site today. This will resolve on its own in the next 24 - 48 hours. Any users who experience any errors may wish to clear their browser's "cache". This has instantly fixed the problem for several users.
I would like to apologize for not posting a warning notice in advance, and for the lack of communication around today's website issues for anyone who has been negatively impacted by this. I was under the impression that the transfer would be pretty seamless. So far there are thankfully very few users who have experienced issues that we are aware of. If you are experiencing issues and haven't checked in with us directly, and these issue last beyond tomorrow, please drop us a text or phone call @ 250-244-1633 so we can note it and provide any assistance to you in resolving the issue on your end.
With regards to accessing information that is available on our website, please do not hesitate to reach out to us @ 250-244-1633. We can provide all information including stats, schedules, photos, rates & additional services available to you via text &/or picture format.
