Sorry pal, you're wrong:
""If you don't answer my calls or nothing, i'll be forced to tell everyone what you do".
Lets let "Moi" take that little ditty to the police. Sure she has it all saved in her text messages, so there will be no question that he texted exactly that.
As prostitution is perfectly legal in Canada she'll have no barrier to marching right to the police with this evidence, and with you as her counsel, it is a sure thing that he'll be booked and locked up almost immediately.
Furthermore, she would have done exactly that immediately if anyone anywhere thought an actual "crime" had been committed.
Fact is that she TOLD him voluntarily what she does, and he is perfectly free to inform anyone anywhere about that.
no, no he's not. Even if he was, he's using extortion to receive sexual favors. The supreme court has already convicted people for this.
The woman ("Moi") brought all of this upon herself by not employing some common sense in the first place, and not conducting herself appropriately beyond that. (two wrongs don't make her 'right')
The more appropriate question is: "why is it OK to blame someone for committing a crime just because he is black?"
she's not blaming him because he's black, she's blaming him because he did commit a crime. he just happens to be black.
I've got news for you, pal. Racial prejudice is far more near to a crime than was anything that Moi's "friend" whom she "doesn't even like" has done in this story...
Stupidity is a crime too, but you are still free to voice your opinion
YET.
