Here's my story and forgive the punctuation and grammar (i'm tired)

A mutual friend just only recently found out about Chantel's death and came to me distraught. I stopped contacting him because he had always been pushy and persistent to hang out etc.

So I confessed that I too, am an escort and he promised he wouldn't tell anyone but if I needed a driver, or needed help at all, he would be there for me.

A couple weeks ago, he texted me asking for a "massage" and I referred him to my professional massage therapist downtown. He went on to say he wanted MY massage and all the perks included and how much it will cost him. I told him if he wanted to be a client, he would have to lose my number and never contact me ever again unless for business. I also said I don't feel comfortable with his and to not ask me anymore.

He then texted me saying "i just wanna tap that once, why are u making this so difficult".
I told him he was being rude and disrespectful and never replied him after that.

He texted me today and said "If you don't answer my calls or nothing, i'll be forced to tell everyone what you do".

His terms are he wants to be a client of mine, (i offered referring him to friends in the business but he wants me) and if I don't sleep with him he will reveal my job to everyone we know and more.

I don't like him at all, he creeps me out and I have a feeling he won't be very nice if we do have a session. Not only that, he is a huge black guy, probably 2 and half times bigger than me.

um~~I heard nammers would break someone's leg for $400, and arms for $300
haha j/k

anyways, my suggestion is that you don't give in
the way he's threatening you is like
he wants a massage for "free"

what power does he have really? Deny deny deny. He'll have to admit to wanting a freebie too.....

You can admit to being friends with Chantal to whoever would judge you, that doesn't prove you are an escort. He will come out looking more like an ass for accusing you, this should be relatively easy to turn around. If he threatens you call police.
Actually you might be able to do this now, if you are licensed. Escorting is not illegal. Tell police you are being blackmailed for sexual favors, they will make life unpleasant for him.

As much as you don't want people to fund out your profession, he doesn't want people to know he is a blackmailer. People like him are cowards at heart. Probably has a small wee wee too.

Hey maybe larryflynt can help.........

This guy is a winner. Even if you do take him on as a client - mixing business & personal drama is not worth it. What's stopping him from asking for more sessions or worse yet - asking for a freebie?

Best that you consult a mutual friend about the situation (preferably someone who would not blackmail you). Have that friend tell your buddy to lay off. The thinking here is that you've already told someone else and that your being "outed" as an SP is not as bad as him being "outed" for blackmailing you. Your being an SP does not hurt anyone but him trying to blackmail you is bad karma. If it is not too much of an inconvenience - you should consider changing your numbers and move.

I know it is a tough decision. I hope that the truth works for you and will be a big relief.

Not recommended since it might cause more grief but if you really want to embarrass him - book an appointment and tell him to show up in all leather or a costume. Have several friends wait there with you but do not tell him. Imagine the look on his face when you open the door and he realizes that you are not alone.

I also think that he does not intend this to be a one shot deal. You give in once and you're done. He'll keep coming back.

 Wow, what a creep, don't give in, because if you do he will only get worse. Not to mention giving in will create such a feeling of being used, that it just would not be worth it.
Deny, deny, deny, its your word against his. I have found that if you are adamant enough people will believe.
I would'nt call the police, but I would completely avoid that guy and never speak to him again. Cold like ice, he'll go away eventually.
If he doesn't go away, then he is a stalker. If he is a stalker, then call the police ( I had a stalker once, seriously strange, scary little guy), stalkers can be dangerous.

Very Sorry to hear about your predicament...

I would think that blackmail is still blackmail regardless of the situation.. You have proof with the text messages..Call LE and get this clown off your back..

Just my 2 cents

Do exactly what CadMan suggests. Go to the police and tell them your situation - don't worry, they are very non-judgmental. They don't have time to make a big production out of this - they make a quick call under the guise of getting his side of the story and then explain to him that he is harrassing you and that you don't want to be in contact with him. Nine times out of ten these scumbags will get out of your life. They likely have a criminal record and / or warrants out so the last thing they want is police scrutiny. Once they see that you have the courage to go to the police they quit bullying and go away like the cowards that they are.

Oh and get a file number from the police so if he does persist you simply call the police, reference the file number and any dispatch cop can pull up the file, read the history, and give him another call.

Don't worry about it - they deal with this kind of situation several times a day.

moi, you come across a strong and intelligent lady. I'm sure you'll do the right thing, including heeding some of the great advice here.

If all else fails, you can always round up a posse of PERBerts to soften him up! :)

Go to the police station and file a formal complaint. Chances are nothing will come out of it but he will get a talking to. If you want to proceed with a charge take a lawyer with you when you file the complaint. This will nudge the cops more towards the intended direction. Good Luck!

I put down the phone and called the police, they were very discrete and understanding. The stupid bitch agreed to meet me in the mall. I had an envelope full of newspaper and four undercover cops and she brought her girlfriend! They put them on the floor in the food court with guns to their heads.

She never showed in court and had BC warrant out for her for years. Blackmail carries up to 10 years. They lowered her charges to uttering threats which can still get you a couple.
Just because this personal experience based advice needs to be repeated. Along with everybody else's words of going to police.

I'm also with Cadman. The police will NOT persecute you simply because of your job, in fact they will take you much more seriously. They know what these kinds of guys can do when they start getting really angry. Your name does not need to be used in court as the police can press charges themselves, this was brought in many many years ago so that the police could charge assailants when the victims were too scared to.

I would tell him to get lost and never contact you again or you'll be forced to take legal action. Text messages of this form are a form of harassment. if he does go ahead an start telling people that you are an SP, you could answer any questions your friends have by saying that he's been harassing you and came on to you and you want nothing to do with him.

Excellent suggestions from all previous posters.

Moi, no matter what happened, stay away from that guy and don't be afraid to get a restraining order.

If you give in, you will probably get hurt (given his size), and next time he will be more pushy and try something worst.

If he start telling your friends what you do, always deny. He has no proof, just his word vs. yours, and your friends will believe you when you have a restraining order against your "stalker".

One thing the idiot has done, is left a clear trail. If he text messaged you and you kept the messages it's a pretty open and shut case that he attempted to backmail you. Whether or not that's a high priority with the policy and prosecutors I have no idea, but it certainly worth discussing it with them. At the very least you may want to tell this guy the predictiment he got himself. Tell him that from here on in, your taking the advice of the police and prosecutor regarding any future course of action. My guess is you'll never hear from him again.

Cadman has it right.

If you give in to this guy, not only will you be a booty call, you may end up with him as your pimp.

That is exactly what I was thinking. Be smart, go to Vice, tell them what is happening and you may be surprised at the support they will provide you.

Good luck Moi.
