what a difference a month makes. Look back a couple pages to see where everyone wanted Buono out on a rail. The Lions are a scary team to see on your schedule now...

Beating Edmonton and Now Calgary on the road, and looking good the last few games.
Not sure if there is time to snatch a home playoff game. But they are at least a competitive team now, and can win in Alberta.

Not trying to highjack here but did anyone see the game in Toronto on Saturday? The fan support for the Argos is a disgrace and an embarrassment to the CFL. The league should move this team out of Toronto to Ottawa or the Maritimes.

By the way, if any one from Toronto is reading this thinking that they are too good for the CFL and waiting for an NFL team it aint gonna happen. The Americans consider the NFL a sacred cow and there will never be a Canadian NFL franchise. Incidentally this is fine with me because I love our Canadian game.

Lulay's gaining confidence, the receivers are starting to hang onto the ball and the defence is holding on to tackles.

Let's see if they can stay consistent.

The NFL isn't coming to Toronto now. the Buffalo Bills are 3-0 and just beat the PATRIOTS they aren't moving. Toronto will always have a cfl team, the league is very toronto focused.

Reminds me of the Montreal Expos which is now the Washington Nationals or the modern day Florida Marlins.

Only things I would add are the "O" line have been dominating plus special teams have been rockin too. Wait a sec, all of the Lions have put it together at the right time :D

Yes, lets move Toronto to the maritimes.A place where they didn't even sell out their one game this year during the touchdown Atlantic program. And we totally should give the the Argos to Ottawa, a city that has failed twice at running a football organization. Whether you like them or not, the Argos are here to stay. They now have very good owners who are committed to win. If they could turn their franchise around and pull off 5 good years of success, they'll have a built in fan base. Not like any of the other Toronto teams are having any success.
I guess you have never heard of a city called Halifax. As for Ottawa their main issues were poor management and an inadequate stadium more than fan support. The CFL has also become much more popular since Ottawa had a team.

The people of Toronto simply don't want a CFL team. When there are blocks of empty seats at center field you know you have problems. Not to mention this was a game against the best team in the CFL and a division rival.

I think that you are misinterpreting the tone of my post. I am a huge CFL fan and wish that the Argo's would sell out every game. I also wish that we would add at least 2 more teams.

I have a friend who goes to every Grey Cup. When he was in Toronto for the last one he said most people did not have a clue that the Grey Cup was being played that Sunday. In the West there is electricity in the air that lasts all Grey Cup week.

The NFL has survived without LA and we can survive without TO.
