I observed a pattern on perb on the reaction on negative reviews, where I would like to put my balanced perspective. We all appreciate well written reviews but there is difference in reaction based on its nature being positive or negative. I have seen people bashing, trolling and raising suspicion on the person posting negative review. Moreover I have seen person posting negative reviews are frequently banned. I do expect that even the tone of review is negative, it has to be classy and within the limits rather than the intention of defaming someone.
The way we appreciate hyper worlds in positive review like "Goddess", "Best of the Best" "No-one ever in the world is near her", etc etc., why cant we accept the some of the words used in negative reviews. Or we just want to listen goody goody words where all the positive reviews looks like almost similar. Why don't we understand that the person posting the negative experience has also paid the same amount of money as others and should not feel bad further for his/her bad experience. Its a platform where people should share their OWN experiences, regardless of its tone, not with intention of neither endorsing nor defaming.
Having said that a review must be informative within the limits and should not target anyone. I might be wrong on my assumptions, observations or perspective, hence I look forward to the comments from other fellow forum members.
