Yes, nothing beats natural boobs in a decent shape, but frankly, looks become secondary when sp's willingness to please takes over. From big (natural or fake) boobs to almost non-existent boobs, out of the 52 girls I have seen, I have repeated about 10 and none of them were repeated because of their body types, make up, nails and/or facial appearance.

Mine will be 4 weeks old tomorrow & they already look & feel natural even though they're a tad on the large side. I chose my Dr by his good reviews & my instinct. I didn't go seeking a budget boob job. I didn't rush into the decision to get an augmentation, I did my research and thought about it for a few years until I was certain. I focused on eating healthy and working out regularly prior to my surgery to give myself the best chance for a good outcome. And I followed all his post-surgical orders. My surgeon gave me the clearance to return to the gym and work fairly early but I was a lucky one who had a very speedy recovery.

Don't really care about fake lashes or nails. Generally, the only body part I'm particular about is boobs (just a good handful), but I'm not a fan of fake ones.

I hate fake nails too...but not because I have to dig them out of my car. I am incapable of carrying on with my daily activities while wearing them. I have difficulty using my phone, getting dressed, etc with them on.
