Beyond Reality
I used Ashley Madison quite some time ago. I was much younger. It has grown substantially since then. I haven't logged in for years. Anyways, with being honest, treating ladies with respect and keeping my expectations low, I was able to meet and date four different women. All of them were older and heavier than they claimed in their profiles, but all were extremely horny and lonely. I spend quite a bit on hotels, dining and entertainment. It took a lot of communicating before meeting them too. One of the relationships lasted for over a year. You have to watch out for scams. Now that I in my late 40's I doubt I would have success there, even though I have been keeping in shape. Men out number women by about ten to one.

Success or not, Ashley Madison seemed to have created a profitable niche in the world of online infidelity. They shelled out more than US$ 5M to have naming rights to the new home of the NY Giants to no avail. Plus, their commercials for Super Bowl always get turned down by the NFL annually. It is estimated that a 30-second slot during the Super Bowl costs almost $ 3 Million. However, being rejected by the NFL every year does bring them lots of free BUZZ as well that's why they keep on trying yearly. :) :)

I have to agree with Spermie. I have tried it a couple of years ago, most of the women don't even bother to reply and those who do are quite abusive as they are in control. Not worth the headache, time, effort or money.

I've never looked at AM but there are a zillion different dating websites. Only some of them specifically state it in their terms of agreement but most make use of virtual profiles. That means there is either a paid person or a computer personality sending you messages to "enhance your online experience".

You nailed it on the head. I was on AM for awhile and realized i would get different messages from gals and they were almost identical. Also when your credits were almost finished or empty, you would get more collect messages from woman so you would buy more. Definately alot of virtual profiles. I also noticed that at certain times, almost all the womens profiles would be 'online'.
If you do a google search for Ashley Madison scams, you will find enough reasons to not waste your money.
