Duo Etiquette - tips for first timer?

I'm about to embark on a wild ride with my first duo ever. Been with many SP's before, but this is something I'm never expected to actually happen until 5 minutes ago.

Is there any particular etiquette I need to be aware of? Is it wrong if I get lost in bliss and spend too much time with one girl? Is it rude of me to jump on on the action if they are interacting with each other? I heard something once about not using the same condom on one as the other. Is that true?

I'm equal parts terrified and giddy right now, what do I do?

RULES

The rules apply to any dealings with an SP - discuss your expectations beforehand. If you are upfront and talk about what you expect, you can receive a "yay" or "nay" and avoid disappointment. I would be surprised if any reputable SP would disagree with my suggestion. I just had such a discussion with half of a potential threesome. and got a whole bunch of "yays'. I think they were honest answers, but I will sure let you know if they were not.

Just got back from my duo with Jaime Lane and Desiree Desires and I'm VERY happy (and pretty frickin' proud) to report I made it through 15 minutes of BJ's before my first pop (they actually had time to switch twice and use strap-ons on each other)
