I don't think you have to worry about blackmail, but I think it would be more discrete to go there than to have them come to your place.
If you're so worried about it in Uni just do an incall. Or better yet, just go to a uni party and clap some cheeks lol. Soliciting sex is technically a crime, I'd be more worried about law enforcement than the Uni, and no SPs won't have the power to magically deduce you are a uni student and then blackmail you for it.

Haven't been to Haven House since it was Doll House but it always felt as discreet as any other massage place. I've walked over from downtown, parked in the lot beside the building or found a parking spot around the corner on Sutherland. It's only like 50' from the corner of Sutherland and Pandosy. Easy to slip in the door unnoticed as you walk by, Similar if you can find a parking spot around the corner on Sutherland you can walk towards Pandosy like you're heading onto Pandosy and slip in the door as you go by. Unless somebody is right behind you nobody will notice. If there is somebody behind you then go to the corner looking around like you're unsure which way to turn and double back once it's clear. If you are worried, don't book. They have incalls you know. Outcalls are inherently more risky. You are bringing a stranger into your space, they could be fine, they could be a major problem. If you can't handle the heat, it's time to abort mission or find a way you are comfortable with.
