cock ring: maximum time on...30 minutes. The blood that enters your penis is leaving the body. If trapped for too long it will coagulate, killing small capillaries and in time make future erections more difficult.

Cialis and Viagra will work if blood flow is a problem. If peripheral nerve damage is the problem (diabetes, back/neck/head injuries, central nervous system disorders, like MS, or Parkinsons) you will get an initial rush of blood, but might find yourself limp within a few minutes.

If you are older, and going through 'andropause' testosterone might help

Use a zap strap........just be very, very careful cutting it off.
Only one? Pussies! Stretch the boys too. Criss-cross 'em. Hang a watermellon or two. Zaps are so versatile.

Or just pop a blue pill. More headache, less chance of zap-burn.

Mimi - I'm not sure what you're doing with your cock. Rest assured the penis is part of your body. If you're bleeding from your penis, seek medical attention. If blood is coagulating in your penis, you're dead.

Lastly if you're using a chemical enhancer and a cock ring ... it's like this (with nod to Jay Gatsby)...

It's overkill. Stop trying so hard and enjoy your boner.

Thx for the help everyone. I do pop Viagra and get a erection but there are times I don't stay hard. I am pre- diabetic and have normal testerone levels. I find that because I'm not super hard that my penis is more sensitive to popping faster. I read somewhere that the cock ring makes it harder so u can last longer..how tight should the ring be to work correctly and not be painful during sex?

Actually, the penis is the only organ of the human body that does not have a continual supply of blood (specifically through the spongiform), so, nightly erections (7 average it is written), and all those daily erections, will keep the capillaries functional. Check out Cornell Universities Urology department..you can access this on line, they explain it quite well. I have met men who left cock rings on too long and the result was erectile dysfunction, and a sort of permanent sad expression on their faces...

I assure you there is a continual flow of blood (via the vascular and arterial systems) in the penis.

Perhaps this may convince you and those curious

DT - not sure what you mean by "pre-diabetic" by this may be helpful

FWIW an erection that is sustained for 6 hrs or longer is considered a medical condition, see literature re "Priapism"

Stay healthy and have fun

Am I a bit late, felllow perb-erts?

I myself always wondered about using a cock ring. (thank you Dr. Sue Johanson, you lovely old lady, you).
My question is do SP's allowed them? If yes, do THEY notice any difference.

Oh for goodness's sake, I will just be bluntly open. .. I wanna try one.

(We men can be so subtle).

Try drinking fresh made best and apple juice. Has same effect as Viagra.

Straight beet juice not recommended though.

Clients bring them on dates all the time. Seem to work very well, although the ones that have one, I've not experienced them without it, and not having a penis of my own, it's hard to really say. But people that do bring them always seem to stay quite hard for an extended period of time...
