Ahhh, but you would still fuck her.... Tits and ass.... Wouldn't kick her out of bed if she was eating crackers.....

She probably could play all your types of music with her guitar (so not just her own songs but can do other artists too- that is cool).. One thing I will say she tries to be original with her songs.
You don't want to fuck with her, she is a nasty bitch who will get her revenge... What is that saying "the pen is mightier than the sword"; Alot of her critics who trashed her, got trashed in some of her songs.
Her Friends speak highly of her.
If her songs don't interest you, you have the option to just move on...

Those high prices of tickets, probably her last tour for a couple of years...

For 3500, I could get a decent welder, or dust collection system or bandsaw or thickness sander.... I guess it buys you an experience....
Point by point. Yes I would still fuck her
She could play this one for me.
I don't fear her mighty pen. She can trash me all she wants
Her friends speak highly of her because they are either paid to or are hoping to be paid to be her friends.
Her last tour for a couple of years. One can only hope.
Trump said we wouldn't hear from him again and look what happened.

So much anger Mr Anderson.

“…I ain't trying to mess with your self-expression
But I've learned the lesson that stressin'
And obsessin' 'bout somebody else is no fun
And snakes and stones never broke my bones so
So, oh-oh, oh-oh, oh-oh, oh-oh, oh-oh
You need to calm down…”
Typical Taylor Swift fan.

I bought 2 re sale tickets for the Vancouver show for my daughter last Christmas. Don’t ask me how much I paid for them, as I would never spend that much on concert tickets for myself: but I made my daughter have one of the best Christmas presents ever!

It was bad, but about 1k a ticket bad. Post COVID I wouldn't be surprised if people were taking loans out to go to her concerts. COVID bred alot of FOMO, which I'm usually glad about people getting out there and living their best life but it feels like we're in extremes now.
I’m just reading this thread now after posting and yes I have read about people getting loans, getting second mortgages and using their life savings to see Taylor Swift. That is insane. But the original tickets were $300-$1000. Now they are $3k-$30k per ticket re sale. My daughter is a fan so I ended up going on the waitlist to try to get tickets, and we ended up not getting them. But I did decide to get resale tickets. As my above comment, don’t ask me what I paid for because it was insanely expensive and I did this for my daughter, knowing this would be once in a lifetime experience for them.

I have noticed overall most tickets are more expensive for concerts right now, since COVID, and I think one of the big reasons why is because what you’re saying about people feeling like they missed out on it and willing to pay more money. But also because the economy has been hit hard since then, and a lot of people are struggling, people are buying these tickets when they go on sale and then they are selling them at resale for ridiculously high amounts, which is what is happening with Taylor Swifts tour. It is sad, really. People’s greed having them buy tickets to sell them at ridiculously high prices while many of Taylor’s fans can’t afford them.

I do not quite understand the allure and hype. I would rather go see raw talent in a small venue than some overproduced music act. When I think back on the people I saw when they were doing their first gigs ie. Colin James in front of the liquor store on Broadway, K D Lang at a small soiree in Edmonton and many others those were magical moments. Having someone perform live their works that are have been overplayed through media is fairly redundant. I always like what the late great John Mayall said at one of his concerts "What, did you come here to listen to a bunch of old records!"

I feel about the same when I hear people pay more than 40 bucks for a sporting event. When I heard what people were paying for the Canucks when they *just* made it into the playoffs, I was like "what?" It's hard to critize other people's spending when this is a board full of guys buying sex 30 to 60 minutes at a time for 200 to 1000 dollars.

Different strokes for different folks. As long as they're happy and feel like they're getting their moneys worth in experience and memories, go for it. Just try not to go into debt for it.
