Hey all. I just bought one of those really nice r/c kits, the totally customizable ones, the ones for like 150.00. 1/10th scale.

I need to know if we have any hobby stores around where i can pickup parts and stuff like that. Theres a ton of U.S sites that have stuff but i wanna know if there is anything local

There's a place on west broadway right by the Big O Tires about a block away from the Hollywood (sorry, can't remember the name of the place, or its precise location).
If going out to New West doesn't phase you, there's a really good hobby shop out there. I don't remember its name either, or exactly where it is, but IIRC it's at about 6th and 3rd. Or it might be 3rd and 6th. I lived in New West for about 3 years, and I never managed to figure out which were avenues and which were streets. Confused the hell out of me. I had to learn to navigate by landmarks...

There is a hobby shop that sells R/C stuff in Aberdeen Centre at Richmond. Magic Box is located at West Blvd and 37th Ave, but I am not sure whehter they sell any R/C parts though. IIRC, they sell static models. Give them a call at (604) 264-1746

There is quite the R/C place in Abby called One stop hobbies corner
of Ware and South Fraser way. Two doors East of Ware St. on the South side of South Fraser Way.

They really have a huge selection of R/C stuff from boats, planes, cars to
helicopters, large selection of parts and they do repairs there as well.

Also in gas and electric.

On Grandview hwy, just past renfrew. I think thats the intersection. They specialize in trains, but might have other shit.

Big bonus is that is right where Toms Video is, largest porno video selection in lowermainland, plus it's also right next to Adam & Eve massage. How can ya fukkin go wrong.

PS: it's also next to McDicks, Pizza Hut, and Chevron.

Friggen sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet!!!!!!!!!!

The hobby place on Rumble is closing or closed.... which is too bad, there aren't too many good R/C shops left.

I've been wanting to build a big Stuka for some time.
