Disappointed to hear that it's closed, it was my local place and had a good number of visits, was even planning a visit this evening.

It's to bad to hear that Seduction Unlimited is now closed.
I used to go there frequently back in the days when it was called Rebecca & Company, then changed to Seduction Unlimited.
Haven't been there in a few years mostly due to Covid but I sure had some great memories, and met some amazing Ladies as well.

I'm really really sad to hear this. An iconic local agency like SU closing down is bad for clients and bad for the escort scene in general. It means fewer options and less competition in the marketplace. This just means more and more mediocre SWs offering mediocre service for not so mediocre prices - yeah, I said it.
I wish Vikki all the best. The few times I've had to deal with her she was nothing but professional and accommodating. I was also a big fan of their incall location. Their rooms and space were big and spacious and the decor was IMO excellent.

Someone may come forward and contact the landlord. If it is a simple situation where the current leaseholder is moving on. A question of whether or not one wants to renew their lease.(had enough).I haven't been there in years but the rooms were nice at one time.Great memories there of meeting "Jasmine,Trisha,"Violet". Some leasehold improvements might be necessary. Operating a business in the downtown core these days has it's challenges and our economic outlook.

I worked at SU on the phones for many years, before that I was working there as an escort. I put 7 years of my life into SU and I definitely planned on buying the business one day. Instead of y’all wondering and making assumptions about Vikki and her business model just know that we did not plan or want this to happen it was just out of our control completely.

Do you mean the city is changing zoning bylaws? So my assumption was correct regarding the new mayor starting to crack down on agencies.
You are speculating again. The problem is related to zoning. That could be many diffent things. Wait and in time the details may be revealed.
If that is true then it could definitely affect svips, they're not that far away. I've never been there - entrance is too visible for me - but it'll push the agencies out of the downtown core.
But, I guess like mentioned, this is all speculation.
Saanich is not very friendly towards sex workers. I believe 20 years ago they shut down an agency. Not sure if that was the mayor or Police Chief.
