Anyone used this on a regular basis & if so, what type of experience did you have? The only negatives I've read about are the people who trash the homes of the owners.
I have used it a few times and I know that Queen M uses it a lot when she tours and know a few others that have used and have only heard good things. I would avoid booking a place with no or few reviews but most have many and I have found them all dead on. I highly recommend airbnb but just like this hobby make sure you do your research.

AirBnB is great Warlock. I've used it in Europe and the US. As Riza stated do your research. I only use locations that have extensive reviews and what appears to be quality owners. Have yet to encounter any problems.
Have used AirBnB in other cities numerous times, mostly NYC and SF. Never in Vancouver though. Research pays off, but so far my experience has been significantly better than a hotel. I always book a normal apartment, typically larger space in those cities compared to a hotel room at the same price point, with a full kitchen and multiple rooms. Additional consideration is the lack of a maid knocking on the door at the wrong time.
