Acceptable protocol if you are too big?

Suppose you go to see an SP, hand over the envelope as per typical protocol, but after disrobe and shower she takes one look at your manhood and says you're too big and penetration is no-go. Now what? (And how often does this happen with more petite SPs?)

If he had just stepped out of the shower and I knew right away he was too big, I would give him back all his money except for maybe $20 cancellation fee for my time to get ready, but you usually do not find out it is too big until you are in the act, in which case I would certainly make a valiant effort to make it fit. By that time, if it really didn't fit, I could return the extra fee for greek, but not the whole fee as we have already been into the action.

I hope that makes sense and this is all IMHO.

Not that easy because sleeves are sized to fit "normal" penises so they obviously have to be larger than that. Based on browsing local stores (with their already tiny selection) I've actually got one of the smaller ones. One of the more well-known stores in my general area had exactly one in store and it was at least 1.5" longer than mine and a little wider.

Small + ED = can't keep condom on and can't keep firm enough for penetration = not that much fun for either party.
So, I'm not really using the sleeve for its "intended function" and that's why it's larger than I'd like.

Maybe try another method, this might work for you as well, if the sp can get you erect, maybe by hj or bj, then put a condom on, and at the same time put a cock ring or 2 on to hold the condom in place, which will also keep your cock hard at the same time...
