So..I called one of my usual favourite MP's tonight and the person that answered the phone says that they have a "new" girl. I was told that she's in her 20's and quite new to the business.
I get ready and drive down to the studio. I go ahead and meet the "new" girl. After a couple of basic menu questions (which she doesn't do), I then asked if she had worked in the business before and she replied "yes"...I worked at Studio X for 6 years. I had a feeling that she wasn't new....and she looked more in her 30's then her 20's.
My point...is there some kind of way that a girl could honestly represent her years in the business. Yes, girls do move around from MP to MP...but it's not fair if a new MP tells potential clients that this girls "new" when she's been in the business for years. I had asked the girl (aka manager) on the phone if this new girl had worked anywheres else and she had said "no", I then made the mistake of "assuming" that she was 100% new to the industry.
Any suggestions on how a guy can't get "taken in" by such a misrepresentation.
