Ultimately you choose what your source of news is. If you think your news is "propaganda" then find some combination of news that will give you unbiased perspectives on the world today.

EVERY news outlet (both left and right) has their own agenda, and as much as we would like to think that journalistic integrity is important, it isn't always the top priority. Think critically, but don't get married to ideologies.

" Every 40 seconds a child goes missing in the United States, accounting for 765,000 missing children a year, according to the FBI. Since US Marshals partnered with NCMEC in 2005, the agency has recovered more than 1,800 missing children."

Most kids are repeat runaways from the U.S.'s inventory of 400,000 foster kids that get picked off by whoever will put them up until they are caught. Successive runaways and counted multiple times.

Why is this not all over the news why!

"the news" these days is nothing but propaganda. It's main purpose is to control you, not to inform you.

North America has taken the propaganda gold medal from Nazi Germany.

Absolutely correct. And the people fall for it mindlessly. Interesting times to see how gullible the human race is, and it okays right in front of your eyes. Choosing to accept as fact only what fits their narrative, totally ignoring or again twisting to again fit their narrative whatever is the other sides or the coin. Never mind any possibility of having more dimensions!

The prime, perhaps best in my opinion, is the CNN. There are a few characters there who you would think are from the 1950s Cold War era. Pure propagandists following script taken from old style communism. You would thing you are watching cult leaders, not journalists. You are absolutely right. True journalism is dead, and the social media does way more bad than good. Sometimes I wish internet would go offline, but unfortunately its a necessity in this time and age.

Ten years ago everyone was dismissing the tea party movement as a fringe group and as more of a punchline than anything else, now they make up the core of the GOP. Now the QAnon dipshits are being laughed at while slowly making political inroads. We're all truly fucked.
I work with one and he is so fucking annoying I want to choke him.

Constantly calls everyone else sheep and spouts idiotic nonsense. If you debate him he has a temper tantrum.
The ideology panders to people who feel marginalised and victimised.
It lets them think they are smarter than everyone else, they know the real facts, everyone else is sheep.

CNN is one of the most re-LIE-able sources out there.

Curious about what news outlets you recommend Miss Hunter? I am no fan of CNN, but Fox News also makes me want to puke. Seems like every media outlet there is has it's own biases. I am no liberal, but also not a raving right wing lunatic either. I want facts, I can form my own opinions.
I don’t have any recommendations for the reason you mentioned.. every media outlet has its own biases.
even when it comes to independent journalists, they also have their own biases, some “independents” are funded to push agendas. Even the honest ones have their own biases, as all humans do.
I have a fascination with human behaviour, especially the darker side of human behaviour. I’m just a spectator of this madness that posts her random thoughts and observations.

The only reliable source for news today is the White House. If the President or his staff report something these days I know 100% it is inaccurate, false and/or a boldface lie. All other news sources whether they be right leaning or left leaning are various percentages of truth or false because they purposely skew information for their audiences.

I guess it's better to just not watch or read any news at all then. Either that, or I will come to PERB for all my news. As far as I'm concerned, if I didn't read it on PERB, it never happened.
