All prime ministers of Canada past and present sit at the pinnacle of an officer hierarchy in Canada. Wrongly, to a lesser extent provincial premiers. In Perb forum that's obvious as posters consistently dis and perhaps rightly blame the senior most executive officer in the country, the prime minister for just about anything that happens anywhere.

A Cuckold Canadian officer corp let Canadian manufacturing go to the States. Just an ignorant low to average IQ self-entitled self-serving population left over. Canadians expecting Canadian government to keep the value of the Canadian dollar up so that Canadians can buy offshore products. Habitually selling off resources of the land sea and air into perpetuity. Most of the best folk gone chasing after the good careers elsewhere. A treasonous Canadian officer class today finding more brotherhood & sisterhood with officer classes offshore than with average Canadians.

Environmentally disastrous and unsustainable policies of selling Canadian real estate to offshore officer classes that got rich in poor countries and in that nefariously importing the same self serving cultures that destroyed overseas living environments. As a source of income to support value of Canadian dollar. As Canadian officers pull down 6-digit annual wage far exceeding most Canadians.

Canadians today can hardly stop a flooding toilet without calling a plumber nor prepare dinner without pizza delivery. Consider the Canada of 8 decades ago. Folks knew how to do things. Less than half today's population turned out over 4 thousand marine craft including 410 ships for merchant marine fleet. An aircraft industry. A million in uniform. Returning soldiers built their own homes on days off. Women made their own clothes. Eighteen year olds could service their own and their parent's car, rig a tripod & tackle to lift engine and transmission out and replace worn parts, piston rings, bearings, clean & set carburetor. Nations such as Sweden today boast industries that rival Canada's wartime effort with 25% of Canada's 2024 population.

Today a wasteful and ugly Canadian reality of commuting inordinate distances. Debt stress. Homelessness. Sleeping on sidewalks. Non-producing jobs that can't be done without importing. Essentially sales agents for foreign corporations. A democracy of 2 wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Freedom for sociopaths.

Canada's situation repairable. Provincial & territorial premiers need to sit at the top of the officer hierarchy in Canada with the prime minister. By law the Canadian Constitution guarantees Canadian premiers that right and responsibility. Presently an unworkable fantasy as long as federal Canada controls the Bank of Canada and it's money printing abilities particularly kicking back interest payments on debt to federal treasury that should well go into provincial treasuries and municipal coffers for filling their share of their constitutional mandate. For known folks on the ground to do right in the community when needed. Not the capitulation 6-figure incomes hiding and waiting for federal loan that puts community in debt or else burdens higher and sometimes new taxes.

Well, we also used to have people who fought FOR this country, not so called "patriots" who spend every waking moment fighting to degrade us into the lowest common denominator.
Playing Pollywannacracker, parroting a script written to deceive us by a larger movement that does not give a fuck if Canada lives or dies.
They just scan, copy & paste all the bullshit going on south of us, and try to make it apply up here, no matter how much of a clusterfuck it is.
If it's Canadian politics that actually is Canadian, that's a rarity. If it's called Canadian but sounds American, it originated there among the Cult of Morons, so if you hear it, you know you're dealing with "leaders" who either have low intelligence, or think that you do.
Cuckolding is one word for our pathetic class of supposedly "tough guy" politicians. Betrayers is another. Assholes is probably best, since being one is what they aspire to.
Yet too many fall for it, and it is only getting worse as social media propagates disinformation at an exponential rate.
That's why the only choice seems to be to go from bad to worse, from well meaning but inept to 100% evil.
It's fucking bleak.

Well said in particular calling out the chatgbt shit that is starting to appear here from a number of trolls initiated by the Cult of Morons (nice way to coin it!)
The barrage of scripted bullshit does make things look bleak. But is it? I mean we are all pooning, obviously doing well enough to do that. Doesn't seem bleak to this old boy. And do any of us have any control over so called worldly affairs? I have been living my life quite happily not worrying about issues beyond my control. And calling out shit when its due :)

Oh, AI, bot networks, disinformation is so common now. The bot accounts and troll accounts so obviously set up the same way, read from the same script, and so on - but go online and it is everywhere lately, just saturation bombardment of bullshit.

But keep in mind it is also something that someone behind the scenes is paying to have done. It is in no way spontaneous, but people follow trends because they are trends, without realizing that it is all manipulation.

For Perb forum, the officer class a.k.a. the-powers-that-be in Canada don't want to be seen favouring one significant voting group over any other. The ladies spent decades bearing the brunt of legal intimidation over escorting while the gentlemen got off free. Now the other way around. Today the men have to mind their Ps & Qs the way the ladies spent decades or could face stepped up law enforcement and charges for visiting ladies. My opinion, if you want a time-line on when an equitable and fair treatment comes into play, consider how long ladies were under the sword of Damocles and that looks be how long men have to wait for equitable treatment.

In the meantime, righteous TPTB can be reminded from time-to-time that their mentors destroyed an economy that worked for Canada, the environment and Canadians. Looking the other way while foreign trade unions radicalized Canadian unions to the point of sending not just jobs but whole careers into offshore jurisdictions. A prime minister listening to unverified offshore business advise that destroyed Canadian aviation industry. Selling out to the Rockefellers and gawd knows who knows else, the Rothschilds. Today it's for billionaire George Soros to build a larger work force. Recently Canadians helped pulverize jurisdictions in Libya and Serbia that made way for streams of disruptive African and Middle Eastern refugees to flow into Europe. Central America pushing 371 thousand into the United States.

Leadership can't stop the stockmarkets from crashing without growing the workforce. And the environment won't stop crashing while the workforce keeps growing.

Could hardly believe what I heard on radio News tonight. BC public health officer recommending public use of a smokable addictive elephant tranquilizer 100 times more potent than heroin in public.
https://ca.news.yahoo.com/health-officer-advises-b-c-203000797.html

I can be as over the top as much as anyone else. Close the border. It's all imported junk anyway. Make Canadians fend for themselves economically and produce what Canadians consume.

I’m fucking mad and going on a rant.
Winnipeg is overrun with immigrants who make anyone outside their community unwelcome. It is a huge problem at work.
Take a group of four employees, two EuroCanadian and two EI - the EI always start talking to each other in their language and exclude the Euros. Same with Filipino.
This is RUDE!
They whine about acceptance but turn around and disrespect everyone else.
I have been a lifelong Liberal but this is an issue that would make me vote Conservative. Stop bringing in people who have zero interest in assimilating and no interest in being part of the Canadian commonity.

they're not trying to grow the workforce

they're trying to grow the consumer base, the tax base

they've offshored the workforce, the main problem

reduced productivity increases to near zero, investment to nothing, growth in real GDP to nothing, increases in real wealth growth to negative

there is no basis to invest in machinery, innovation, productivity

manufacturing, which is necessary for any real economy to be healthy

our whole economy/much like the U.S. are mainly based on consumption, which isn't healthy

immigration isn't the answer, if it was, more people, China/India would be great places, they're not

diminishing returns, applies to people too, we don't need more

we need policies, get the birth rate back to 2, selective immigration for actual needs/skills

people aren't having kids cause they're too fucking poor

why? number one reason, not food, housing

TAXES, TAXES IS THE NUMBER ONE EXPENSE, WHICH WE AREN'T GETTING VALUE FOR, TAXES, ALL LEVELS OF GOV'T

WOULD LOVE TO SEE THE USEFUL IDIOTS IN THE MEDIA TALK ABOUT THAT WHEN THEY TALK ABOUT INFLATION, ECONOMIC PROBLEMS

GO READ ABOUT THE 83,000 MISSILES IN SASK THAT THE TURD WON'T GIVE TO UKRAINE, WHO WILL TAKE THEM, BEFORE THEY BECOME COMPLETELY USELESS

WILL WORK WITH THE MANUFACTURER TO MAKE THEM, THAT THEY CAN, WORK, USE THEM

INSTEAD OF THE LIBERALS PAYING TO GET RID OF THEM

JUST ONE OF THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS OF EXAMPLES

83,000 MISSILES IN SASK
Where are there 83,000 missiles in Saskatchewan, and what kind of missiles are they?

I seriously doubt Canada has 83,000 missiles aof any kind. Even the USA probably doesn’t have that kind of inventory.

Yes taxes, but we are a socialist country with free medical and welfare.
Most wealthy Canadians now retire in some sunny country and come back only to maintain their status, so they can use the medical system, back here in canada just before they die.
The old folks homes now charge more than what a persons made in a month (during their lives) for long term disability care. Covid showed how these facilities were run on the cheap.
Canada is a resource country. So how come its not a manufacturing mecca? Simply because of the US policy and cheap labour over in the far east (China, Malaysia, India etc). It also is the lack of money to invest in Canadian projects, where most of the top 5 big banks make money elsewhere other than in Canada. Again its about taxes on corporations. Another thing is that cities charge very large outstanding property taxes on corporations as they are perceived to be a large bank.

And the NO. 1 big thing why manufacturing is futile in Canada..... patents. No matter what someone does to make a product, part of that product will consist of a patent that is already on the books. So they get sued and are soon out of business.
And the N0. 2 thing is lack of cheap resources. Go fiqure that one out and we are a raw resource country. Might be most of our raw resources go eleswhere and come back as a finished product in Canada. Say the product is made in the US, then a US manufacturer company sells it to a distributer in the US. Then the US distributer sales to a Canadian Distributer, then on to a store and the store sales to you the individual. Too many middle men.

Canadian Regular and Reserve Forces do not have enough ammunition to do small arms live fire training. It is the same story for artillery.

I have no idea where people get the idea that our medical system is free. It is paid for through our taxes. Every single developed country, except one, taxes it's citizens so as to provide for the basic necessities of it's citizens.

Yes I know medical comes from taxes. Even people who don't pay taxes get free medical.

Vaughn Palmer: Changes to Land Act are huge, despite B.C. minister's claims
https://vancouversun.com/opinion/co...to-land-act-are-huge-despite-ministers-claims

I guess Some People (including all the NDP Party) are fucking stupid.
You don't give away the governmnets power and put it into someones elses' hands. Especially people that are not elected to parliament, or any agency that is not answearable to the provincial parliament. And its really dumb to add more levels to a bureacratic branch of goverment.
Woke politics following some useless UN "holier than thou" idea.
On a whole new level, its selling out the voters of BC and the future of BC residents.

I seriously doubt Canada has 83,000 missiles aof any kind. Even the USA probably doesn’t have that kind of inventory.

It's an "attempted outrage" story but minus the hysteria, it basically boils down to whether these old munitions are even safe to use.

The answer in the story seem to be this:

Canadian officials said they were looking into the request, but cautioned the CRV7s are decades old and could have become unstable, rendering them dangerous to handle and transport.
So while the Ukranians might be willing to take the chance, are Canada's smegheaded opposition parties going to hold their tongues if the government sent these to Ukraine and some disaster happens ? Not bloody likely. Make that a condition of agreeing to the shipment, and see how fast their pet media hacks back away from this story.

Basides, they are now on board the "fuck Ukraine" train, just like their obnoxious puppet masters down south, so basically they are just fishing for new gripes because their old ones are played out.
