Received my ICBC rebate cheque today and it is a meh for me. Not enough to put dent in what I have to pay every year. Even with the rebate cheque, rates are better in other provinces. Corym

I wouldn't call it a diet, it is more of a change in when you eat. Normally I never eat breakfast, I just eat between 12pm and 8pm. Cheers, Corym

Down 6 pounds since early March, almost to my goal weight :-) it was a combination of IF, Calorie Counting, WFPB Diet and drinking lots of water. Not going to lie, it is a lot of work and feeling chillier since losing my body fat. Cory
