    Bought zip lock freezer bags but I see that sous vide user's on youtube using a vacuum sealer and sealer bags. Will it make a difference freezer bags vs vacuum bags? Corym

    Okay, tried my sous vide for the first time and finish with a cast iron pan to get a crust all around. Review is good but doesn't have that charcoal taste which I like. So next time try sous vide with charcoal grill finish. Corym
