Given the number of requests, maybe 1 or 2 a year that I recall and the number of providers who have inquired about posting here (zero), I don't think that's very likely. Feel free to PM Fred Zed/Jess and ask, maybe if there is enough interest she will consider it.

Not sure what you mean by that, but the Vbulletin software logs the IP of every registration and post. We use this information for catching multiple accounts, verifying location and other admin issues. Those IP addresses are confidential and not shared with anyone. Our site is hosted overseas...
