We aren’t restaurants... If you look at other services like RMTs, chiropractors, therapists, etc... 95% of them have cancellation policies. If you don’t cancel with more than 24hrs notice, you pay the cancellation fee... Which is often 50-100% of the original fee, since, as mentioned above...
