Hi,
I suffer from vitiligo on my hands and lower body. Do I need to let SP’s know before I attempt to make an appointment? I’m sorry for asking but I’m a longtime lurker who’s looking to take the plunge and want to make sure I have my bases covered. Thanks for any replies :)

They told him don't you ever come around here
Don't want to see your face, you better disappear
The fire's in their eyes and their words are really clear
So beat it, just beat it
You better run, you better do what you can
Don't want to see no blood, don't be a macho man
You want to be tough, better do what you can
So beat it, but you want to be bad
Just beat it, beat it, beat it, beat it
No one wants to be defeated
Showin' how funky and strong is your fight
It doesn't matter who's wrong or right
Just beat it, beat it
Just beat it, beat it
Just beat it, beat it
Just beat it, beat it
They're out to get you, better leave while you can
Don't want to be a boy, you want to be a man
You want to stay alive, better do what you can
So beat it, just beat it

Just telling them off the bat will probably have a better outcome than having them find out when they meet you. Many people are unaware of various skin conditions and will let their minds run free unless you inform them.

I think most reputable SPs would be totally ok with finding out in person, but I would probably mention it in advance if I were concerned about her reaction. Experienced SPs have probably seen a lot of naked bodies and while they have to be on alert for skin conditions indicative of communicable disease, many wouldn’t be concerned by yours.

I am embarrassed to say I have a vitiligo fetish. I try not to objectify people with vitiligo but I find it difficult sometimes. I’m working on it.

ANYWAYS yeah I’d just let people know and gauge the reaction, can’t imagine it being a problem with any quality provider.

I’ve seen many different kinds of bodies in my career, people with vitiligo included.. It isn’t something I’d ever need to know pre appointment... The only things that I really care about are proper genital/oral hygiene, mutual respect and safety.

On the other hand.. Some folks don’t know about different skin variations, so I suppose in the spirit of having the best experience possible, assuming a person isn’t in the know, is a good approach.

I hope you have an awesome session, whenever it happens!

I suspect you are self conscious of your condition. I too have a condition related to diabetes. I wasn't self conscious until I visited a well reviewed travelling lady. The session started off great. We sat and talked for a while, we were both in stitches. I thought this girl was terrific, until the towel came off after my shower. I could see her demeanor changed, and we started to engage. She then announced that she didn't feel comfortable and we should end the date. I was confused as she is a reputable provider, and I'm a trustworthy client. She was gracious about it, and I honored her wishes. She refunded most of my donation and I left apologizing if it was something I had done. The next day she emailed me explaining that I had smelled of cigarette smoke and it reminded her of growing up with smoking parents and being stuck in a car with them. This may be true but after my shower and not wearing clothes, I was skeptical if that was the reason. I suspect she was concerned of my skin condition, what it was, is it contagious, or just turned off by it. Either way, I've never held it against her and respected her decision to end the date. I would never be with a lady who isn't comfortable with seeing me. In saying that, when booking with a new lady I always mention my condition and assure them that it is not contagious. Most ladies thank me for informing them, but I've never been refused service.
