I’d recommend the 3538 agency on LL. Incalls in Yaletown and Burnaby, they post daily around 10am and remove posts when booked up or end of day. Usually 4-6 ladies throughout the day and maybe 12 or so in the ‘lineup’. Their my go-to and they have a lot of posts here. Never been disappointed...

Good question... it could be a myriad of reasons and she could be legit. But even if she does tour frequently, the name changes and lack of info from the past year is not a good sign. 587 area code is always AB and I’ve not heard anything on the Alberta review board either. 3538 only post on Leo’s.... And they take down their ads end of day or when a lady is all booked. They post mid morning around 10am and early evening around 6pm. They have a decent variety of maybe 6-9 girls and update their ads throughout the day.
