No they don't have a problem starting. Just instead of say 400km range in summer you only get maybe 275km or so in winter. Depends on the manufacturer, model and age, etc...

They have suggested various numbers but somewhere around 1/3 + seems to be realistic. That however is on a new car. On a10 year old battery likely well over 1/2.

Very well spoken but you have so much to learn. To be disciplined and save a little money means you actually have extra money. Less expensive car means you have a car, etc... Your point is vaild but from a position of privilige or luck. Total up all the expenses you feel a person has at minimum...
