I would guess those are stolen pics. That vast majority of ads with full face pics are not the girl you're going to see. The exceptions would be pics that are clearly verified with a sign of the girl's number and/or a few of the advertisers here.

Usually a good rule of thumb is if the ad tells you not to ask for pics and her pics aren't already verified, they're fake.
