wow....didn't follow the link to see the vid nor read the story....the intro was enough.
I waited my ass through school....I loved it. People typically in a pretty good mood...and the odd party just getting more and more loaded. Tips became amazing at times.
But...I never had a sausage explode. Whoever that server was.....is fucked up right now. Nobody wins in that story.

It reminds me of the time when I worked for a Portugese Restaurant and I served my fair share of the flaming sausages.When the wind was breezy the kitchen was upstars and needed to get downstairs...by steps.Yikes...Freakin' arm length fire trial to yo'' face.
Next set it on a tiny piss table,cluttered with drinks and plates.Cut the chunky cock sausage and served the hungry meat guest.Oh if the sausage starts to burn just rotate the meat.
Iguess that waiter didn't do that,a smaller splatter instead all over the place.
The ownership is fined and have a bad reputation for dangerous food and poor service.The waiter may lose his job or be known as a dyk-head for life.
The meat scalding lady should sue for ten's of thousands of pounds.
