And sometimes a fantasy is just something you should keep to yourself rather than expressing it openly in public to people you do not know.
That's an interesting opinion on a forum for an escort review board - on a discussion about USA politics.
Are you implying that we shouldn't discuss the ramifications of USA political decisions throughout the world resulting in vandalism of Tesla's? An obvious indication that many have replaced "fantasy" with "reality" in a rather spectacular fashion likely based on a fantasy that apparently many can understand whether they condone it or not?
As a direct result of USA politics, I think discussing the underlying anger and sense of betrayal that many feel as a result of the Trump / Elon actions and subconscious desire to punish or get revenge on them to be very relevant.
I don't think that Americans truly understand how very insulting Trump's actions towards Canada are, and how abhorrent the high-handed the actions of Elon Musk are...
We may not like bureaucracy or politics, but we have a very strong sense of pride and patriotism coupled with an absolute respect for the rule of law that is sadly lacking in the Trump presidency. The fact that Americans eagerly stomach the criminality of what Trump and Elon are doing is very disturbing and foreshadows a moral and ethical break between Canadians and Americans. Whether Liberal, Conservative, NDP or Green,... we all respect the rights and opinions of others. We value the rule of law and democratic freedoms.
American values seemed to align with ours, we were the best trading partner to the US, we shared so many things in common.
Along came Trump. Americans became Two-faced, lying, hypocritical, tunnel-vision, close-minded bigots overnight. I guess it was a long time coming and we didn't want to believe it, but to us it seemed like overnight. From "the best trading deal ever in the world" to "Canada is really nasty", "Canada is being subsidized by the USA".
Believe that garbage if you want. Canadians Will survive this. Canadians Will become stronger for it. I think it's a good thing we're looking for stronger relationships away from the toxicity of the USA.
And whether it's a "nice" or "good" thing to fantasize about,.. I hope that Americans Suffer for Trump's choices and turn on that orange bloated narcissistic toad of a man in disgust and rage for all the lies he has told and all the lives he has ruined.
Karma's a bitch.

Happy Monday !!

So where are the voices in the US?
What happened to those who in the past opposed the tyranny and fascism and outright criminality we are seeing now?
Did an entire country of so called law makers and 'defenders of the flag' just fuck off?
Did the entire country just bend over and allow the nazi master and its convicted felon rapist lap dog to fuck em all?
Where are they? or were they always just cowards and hypocrites ...

And the answer to that is do not think that vandalizing the property of someone who has nothing to do with this and probably even shares your opinion is going to make all this go away or somehow better.

Enjoy your Monday!!

Most americans are lazy and uninformed/uninterested in anything outside their immediate vicinity. You can see this anytime you talk to them, very few travel outside their country, or care to do so.
More didn’t vote than voted for dem or gop.
It’s a tradition: The Revolutionary War had a small minority participation. Only when terrorists aligned with the independence chased the British loyalists out of the colonies did the yankees prevail.

Politics still has very low participation.

Yes this is absolutely agreed upon about the general population and even those who are well educated are ill informed.
I am asking where are the voices that opposed this obvious tyranny? Where is Obama, the Clintons, the Bush's, why are none of the Democrats screaming about this?

The Kennedy files

......no smoking gun proof implicating Israel and its Mossad in the JFK Assassination.
THEY NEVER LEAVE A SMOKING GUN
Zionist’s last act is always to play victim

https://www.unz.com/runz/how-israel-killed-the-kennedys/

A lengthy scholarly article plus posts out just a few days after release of the Kennedy files. Reminds me of the decals pasted on the sidewalks outside banks to stand on 2 metres apart virtually next day after pandemic started in 2020. An artifical intelligence bot today I suppose could scrape the files and compose something similar.

Interesting contradiction over the war plans leak.
Hegseth ranted about the journalist who broke it, lots of ad hominem insults and denials.
Then the White House admits it happened.

You mean the USA should be the USSR tour. I love everything to be free too, funny they don't mention a thing about who is going to cough up the money for free medical, free colleges and forcing employers to give jobs where any one with working limbs can be able to buy a house. If that is the case why would anyone go to school for years and years. Life is literally FREE with Bernie and AOC.

I wonder if I can move to LaJolla, CA working in a warehouse putting packages on a pallet. If AOC gets elected president I may be able to since jobs will be paying 150 dollars an hour min.

So many of you are full of it. Imagine if all these illegals bypassed USA and decided to make Canada as its destination. Would your lefty views still be the same? Would you call out Canada's leaders for wanting to deport them and label them as anti immigrant. Give me a break its easy to do that when its not your country isn't it? Oh the horror, Trump is enforcing law at the border. Cry me a river.

The left is so full of it. Now we have Aoc calling Republicans as the party of oligarchs. Come on man, look at the richest tech companies, corporations, media, Ivy League schools, Hollywood, they are all in the Democrats camp.

I do believe the divide is too much and in a few decades America will split into 2, the Democrats will never return to the center. I don't even consider Portland, Seattle, Denver and Boston as part of America sometimes. Have you seen the nutty Mayor Of Boston, she is on another planet.

Story below from 20 years ago:

A Los Angeles man who sneaked into Canada to see his Internet girlfriend will be deported — minus all his fingers and some of his toes, it was reported Tuesday.

Charles Gonsoulin, 41, will have the fingers and toes amputated because of severe frostbite suffered during a 100-hour trek from Pembina, N.D., across the border to Emerson, Manitoba, where he was found wandering on a golf course on Feb. 23, suffering from hypothermia, the Winnipeg Sun newspaper reported.

I remember that.
Several have died crossing in the winter. If there’s a whiteout they are doomed.
