Kamala is not my "preferred politician". I've never voted for her, or Joe Biden, and I've lived in Canada long enough that, aside from my family residing there, I really have almost no care or concern about what happens in the US or it's politics. Someone asked questions, and I answered them. That's it.
Kamala, just like Hillary, at least have actual qualifications. And they haven't kicked off a treasonous insurrection to overthrow democracy, they don't have the most criminally convicted campaign in all of history, they've never had laws overturned for being blatantly racist and discriminatory, they never oversaw the largest economic meltdown and unemployment numbers in recent history, and they've never said any of the vile things that Trump has. And they've never said anything as completely stupid as talking about civil war airports and windmill cancer.

I checked his Wikipedia page to refresh myself on what had happened.
Regarding his legal situation, these words stood out for me,

"Allegedly"
Multiple investigations that came to nothing.
Ironically during the same period, a person was charged and convicted of trying to extort Gaetz.
