I think Diya mainly works at gateway wellness in Surrey. You could try calling there. Gateway and Laguna have the same owner so maybe the day you called Diya was at Gateway rather than Laguna and whoever answered the phone just didn’t mention that she works at both places
as the two establishments have the same owner, she alternates between the two spas to maximize her clientele, but her main spot is Gateway Wellness in Surrey as it’s closer to home for her, she works at Laguna maybe just once a week lately
