Many providers are only "reputable" until you leave an even slightly negative review, then they will start threatening you, trying to doxx you, and try using their "provider only forums" to leak your personal info.

Absolutely and I'm all for screening under circumstances where my privacy and safety are guaranteed. There is currently nothing in our legal system that would grant me such a guarantee and if I'm the victim, I'd be unable to pursue the perpetrator in the court of law as I'd likely be determined the one in the wrong for illegally buying sex.

This activity is discreet for a reason. Other than seeing an SP for may be just one time, I don’t know about them. How can I provide my personal info to a complete stranger? I even leave all my belongings in my car and see an SP barebones with empty pockets, just to make sure. They have all the glowing reviews in the world but other than the activity noone could vouch for them as to what they are in a real life.

Regardless of however great an SP is, I would never share my details with them, neither send any kind of deposit and use my real phone number. There are enough providers that do great without these requirements.

This same thing happened to me both last week and a few months ago. It seems that a trustworthy provider may break their agreement and have no problem attempting to doxx a man and try ruining a man's life if he doesn't give them a perfect 10 review. Most pooners probably have burner phone. Pre COVID, many providers accepted text apps but not anymore. I am not sure why would anyone ask for or give real name. It doesn't make sense and doesn't matter. Best form of screening is probably reference and Perb handle with DM. Many providers/ agencies don't ask for screening and those are good for building references. Some screening is certainly good for everyone's safety.
