What do you think about giving a score from 1 to 10 when reviewing providers or reading reviews?

I find numbers to be very degrading sometimes.

Do you find it degrading if woman rate men on a 1-10 looks scale?

What if woman judge whether a guy is attractive based on:
-how tall he is
-how big his dick is
-how much hair he has
-whether he has a 6 pack or not
-how much money he has
etc.

cause I promise you, woman do this too, and they are arguably harsher critics sometimes.

I’m not really a number guy, not going to judge if you are.

Sometimes just like with movie reviews they can tend to bring preconceived notions, I guess it doesn’t take just a ratings from 1-10 to bring that, I’ll admit that. I have really liked movies that got bad ratings, and sometimes I didn’t want to see because of the ratings then ended up seeing and really enjoyed. Ratings whether numbers or words should be taken with a grain of salt. Ones that are rated consistent can be taken a little more seriously.

The one good thing ratings can do if someone gives bad ratings and you decide to see her anyway and have very low expectations, and she turns out to be the woman of your dreams and you have an amazing time, there’s nothing better than that.

The good looking, fit, or rich guy might also not give the girl a high rating because she doesn't stack up to the even hotter girl he hooked up with last week from the club for free or the girl he's friends with benefits at his gym. So, when he looks back on his experiences with escorts and compares them to his experiences with regular girls, he realizes that civilian girls always make him happier because there's no time pressure, no restrictions and a genuine desire there.

On the other hand, the not-so-hot, out of shape, socially awkward guy who hasn't had any free action in ages or can only attract average looking girls in the regular world, finally gets to hook up with an escort who might be a 5 or a 6 to most people, but she's way out of his league compared to what he can get for free. He's definitely going to give her a high rating like a 9 or 10.

I find that too many reviews fall into either the "I got scammed on Leolist!" or "She's a goddess, treat her right fellas!" kind of bullshit.

What happens when an SP has an off night? Or you remind her of her brother, dad, stepdad, stepmom, neighbour, or dog? Are you going to have the same experience if you remind her of Brad Pitt?

It helps to be told if its a scam (or not); that she resembles her photos to some extent; that she smokes; that she had a decent attitude; and that she provided good service despite anything else that might have been going on.

They're only human so maybe just cut them some slack and just stick to a reasonable review of what can be confirmed.

And the more out-there the reviews get, the less I believe them, except when you're acting like an arrogant asshole because that is very believable around here.

A well-written, thoughtful, and descriptive review provides far more valuable and reliable information I feel. That is providing the reviewer is not just throwing dirt.

If numbers float your boat, use them.
But add a bit of the story into the review to give the brotherhood an idea of WHAT went down.
Then let everyone know if you thought it was time well spent, or not etc.
Spending any time in the review sections here you can see which ones are useful and which ones are not.

another version of this I see on here is fitness. If you are a physically fit guy who works out, providers almost always mention it and compliment it. And if a provider doesn't work out (which is usually pretty obvious to a fit guy), she might say something like "I'm not really into working out" or "I'm trying to lose a few pounds."

If a guy isn't in great shape, I'm guessing this convo doesn't come up. And you'll actually see guys in their reviews saying things like "she's super fit" or "her body is so toned" when the girl told me she doesn't work out, and she's clearly not in the best shape or even overweight in some cases.

Be respectful. As others have noted, a 10 for someone may be an 8 for someone else, or even lower, but you don't need to be an asshole about it, we are talking about human beings here. For those who don't review, it's kind of like voting, you don't get to comment about what others are doing if you aren't participating. Lurkers and leeches have always been an issue here, like the guys who post in 411 constantly looking for assistance and never offering any.

I’m sure that a provider that thinks she is cute or attractive that gets a rating of 5 may have her feelings hurt. I would think that providers would have developed a thick skin after a short time in the business.
Also agree that a 9 in one man’s eyes is a 6 in someone else’s. How about in a review one might say I found her good looking. Tell about some physical features that you like. Or the opposite.
There is a Perb in Vic that compares the features of women in his review with comparison to other SWs. That would be great if we all good visit every provider in town. Us once a month types haven’t seen the ones he is using for comparison.
I don’t mind the 1-10 rating but I can understand how it can be subjective.
It may bother some but I would think negative words would hurt even more.

As an older pooner I do tend to trust more younger posters when they give out their age range. In everyday life when I hang out with people my age or older they are way too generous with numbers when we see older civvies. This can cause younger men to book with a girl who they were told is in her mid-20s, but when they meet her in person, she looks like she's in her mid-30s.

However, if a reviewer mentions their age and leaves a slightly negative review, it becomes easier for the provider to figure out who the reviewer is and connect their identity to their online handle. This could raise privacy issues and potential doxxing concerns.

So there is a tricky balance to it.

Anyways she didn’t look hot but not terrible either by any means . If what they were all saying about the service and being a nympho was true then it certainly made up for anything lacking in the looks dept.

Needless to say after booking , I showed up and after walking in & meeting her I went into shell shock . Like literally I was in shock . Looked almost nothing like the pictures.
I asked twice if she was the correct lady ( not to be rude but just to be sure ) .

On top of that she tried to be flirty and I felt this women didn’t have a sexual bone in her body and everything did she learned from watching modern fairly hardcore porn and figured that’s what guys like . It all came across as completely unnatural & weird tbh .
But that’s another story .

But the major thing for me was I was early 40’s and she looked hand to god at least 30 yrs older than me .
Like I felt she would have been chuns w my grandmother.

Long story short it didn’t go very far and I gave her half of the donation out of consideration and left .

When I got home I started going back and checking the posting history of most of these guys . I realized after checking that most of these guys were 20-30 yrs older than me .

So the moral of the story is , if you’re unsure , check the posting history of the guys all leaving rave reviews .
It might give you a better idea if your values around what’s attractive align .

I don't really care about scores since all that stuff is so subjective. All I really want to know from a review is how reliable the provider is and how accurate their photos are. Other than that, I fully expect everyone's experience to be subjective and unique.

I have had a lot of similar experiences. even with providers who have numerous glowing reviews.

You know, it's probably safer to believe that pictures in ads from providers are altered. Some older guys on here might not know how simple it is now for women to change their looks using apps like Facetune. They doesn't need any expert Photoshop skills, they can quickly fix things like body shape, skin, hair, and muscle tone etc. in mere seconds with the click of a button. It even works on videos, so even those aren't totally trustworthy anymore.

Yeah, the reviewer's age matters. I've read guys reviews saying a woman is a certain age and they are insistent on it, but when I meet her, it's way off. I'm in my late 20s like many providers claim to be, but sometimes I meet them, and they're way older like 5, 10, 15, or even 20 years older than me. I know what girls my age look like, I know what girls 5 years younger or older than me look like, because most people I spend time with are around that age.

I understand what you're saying about provider' personalities. There are some who are really nice and trying their best, but they just don't know how to be sexy or flirty. I've experienced that a few times too.

That’s a good point and well brought up. However on the other hand younger guys might have a good idea about ladies closer to their age but when it comes to the the older aunties ( which I’m not sure the age bracket criteria for that, which might be another subject for another time, because the term auntie can even be subjective), I think in many cases they have no sniff of the age if 10+ years older than them. So in the older category they might not be the greatest references for age.

I guess the terms young, younger, old, older, auntie, milf, etc. are all up in the air depending on what age category we fall into. Sometimes age kind of sneaks up on us and then we realize I’m the grandpa now. Happens with me anyways.
