CPP Projections

I think 80watts got mixed up. The CPP is doing really well. Maybe he was thinking of the US Social Security system which will probably collapse in 2037.

Canada is consistently voted 1st or 2nd best country in the world internationally.

Perhaps those who say it's a shithole are unhappy with their own lives.

Or maybe because they belong to a shithole party that's gone through 7 leaders and lost 3 elections in the last 8 years.

go look at Canada's productivity rate for the last 30 years, go look at our house prices since your, (I'm assuming your preference isn't the Cons), prefered party has been in for those 8 years, they've doubled

look at the taxes, how they've increased, for no real gain or haven't you watched the news or picked up a paper in the last 8 years?

OR DO YOU NOT BELIEVE THE CONSTANT REPORTS THAT THE AVERAGE PERSON IS $200 AWAY FROM BANCRUPTCY? OR HOMELESSNESS, SORRY UNHOUSED



been to a downtown in any municipality, tried to access healthcare in that time, gone to a dentist for a simple reason, left 400-1500 poorer?

been to a grocery store, filled up a vehicle, looked at your gas bill, electric bill?

tried to get a passport, go on a holiday by plane, car even?

it might not be a shithole yet, but it's getting there


and for all those who think the CPP is so great (if you're at the top allowed, you'd be paying 5000, employer same, that's 10,000, which you have no real control over, year after year, no ability to have a say in % paid to the CPP's employ wages/benefits, by moving your money to a firm that charges less fees/better returns or do you think they're the best out there?)



a 64 year old, no wife, no kids, dies, totally screwed, all the money they put in is stolen by the scheme

yet what is supposed to be a PENSION plan gives money to kids who parents die, otherwise called INSURANCE, which you can buy yourself

also gives out DISABILITY, which again, you can buy yourself

just like with EI, which is a scam/tax for the vast majority, which the surplus is usually stolen by the gov't of the day, Chretien did it, Harper did it

they all do, Trudeau just keeps making up more ways to blow it, pretty soon you'll be able to take time off for a pet's death

or when you adopt one

so tents on the sidewalks, food bank use all over

yeah, we're NUMBER 1 alright

for now, go look at the predictions on our growth, economically for the next 20 years, last

go look at our income, real income growth compared to the hillbillies in the U.S., we're in the negatives

all we've gotten in the last 8 years is
