GG 3444 on LL

100% SCAM. 100% FRAUD.
I tried to book an appointment 2 weeks ago. She has many requirements, asks for many things (ID, photo, screenshots, etc) to get confirmation and verification. Says it is for her security because she says she operates a licensed Spa business that is attached to her home. She then asks for 50% deposit via e-transfer to confirm booking. Again, a lot of confirmation and verification (email, screenshots) required just for the e-transfer.
After confirming, she tells me to go to Ioco and Ungless Way in Port Moody and will give further instructions once I get to the parking area. After arriving for the scheduled appointment and waiting in the parking lot, she texts and wants the balance sent by e-transfer before giving me further instructions. I said I'd pay cash. She gives a lame excuse that her "home business insurance" doesn't allow cash on the premises. I text back saying I never heard of an insurance policy that works that way. I said I would only pay cash when I meet her. No response. I text several more times. No response. I tried to call. No answer. After 20 mins of not hearing back, I figured I was ghosted and scammed. Never heard back from her. Lost, scammed, robbed.
Her listing is in Vancouver but the Google Map in her listing is Port Moody. The address she gave is in Port Moody. I checked the Port Moody business directory for any registered business under the name Men's Zen Den or any spa with these names. There was none.
I found out that she posts fake reviews in this forum and was banned.

Her ad, her website, her business, her reviews and all her services are all 100% fake. This is a 100% scam.

All info, services, reviews, etc are fake. She changed her number from 3444 (Kelowna area code 250) to 7772 (Toronto area code 437).
This business does not exist. How can it suddenly jump or move quickly from Kelowna BC, to Port Moody BC and then to Toronto in a couple of days? It is completely fake.

As if on cue, this "provider" arrives to insult everyone who calls her out on her scam and makes excuses for being a total ripoff artist. She's banned, again and will be banned every time she pulls this kind of shit. Anyone who tries to see her is a masochist and might as well set their money on fire. I honestly doubt she's ever actually delivered a legitimate session to anyone. Buyer beware.
