There seems to be an influx of "new" members and some seasoned members.
When the mods notice or the posts get reported (for going against Perb rules) they get suspended or permanently banned but, like with Reddit, some of these folks just can't stay away. They shill/white knight their favourite provider or repeatedly engage in the same behavior until they get permanently banned.
As I see it, the mods on Perb have their work cut-out trying to prevent Perb from becoming a cesspool. But I have to wonder what's the psychology and motivating the ashats and others who idly do nothing and won't report them. Of course, this isn't just isolated to Perb, but online forums and social media in general.
What's quite troubling for me is from my experience, these posters tend to have a lot of support from many like-minded people, especially on Reddit. Is it because people these days feel rules don't apply to them, or they feel the existing rules are unfair, they like the "challenge", or is it something else?
