Advice: Reference Checks

Hey fellas,

So I've been around this hobby for quite a number of years. I've met and had the pleasure of playing with some really phenomenal women. I've also been lucky that a lot of the girls enjoy my company, so much so that even after they retire or decide to go into hiding and only see regulars, I manage to stay in touch.

This has left me with a problem. As some of you may know, some providers want reference checks and I completely appreciate the reasons why. Problem for me is the girls I see don't advertise or have a website. So even though I have providers that would not hesitate to give me a reference, with no ad or website, I can't really ask them nor would they be accepted as a reputable provider. I also understand this because it comes down to safety which I respect.

So now its down to taking a selfie along with a Drivers License for verification.

Tell me what I'm missing. It feels risky to share that info but is it? What can someone do with that info?

I definitely wouldn't be giving out pics of my drivers license. Think with the big head and move on to the next on your list

I was actually thinking about that a few mins ago. Do some guys really accept that cause I would never. And also if we get asked that, shouldn't we also ask for the same? reciprocity. You're not missing anyting, and I wouldn't encourage any pooner to not do that, but again tons would gladly do so...

According to you your dance card is full. Wouldn't your loyal stable of special girls find it mildly insulting for you to ask them to pimp you on to new ones?
If you are actually seriously considering sending out your driver's license and photo for paid sex, why not send them your banking information while you're at it?

You still have the option though . I just don't understand the principle of asking for something but not being able to provide the same... Cause I am assuming that for SW giving pics of their ID is a huge no no.

Agree! There are many lovely ladies or agencies who don't require D.L or anything else in that regards. Find those ones and stick with them instead. Works for me.

I have 11k Twitter followers, multiple reviews, I’ve been in the news, I have a pro website… and you have nothing. The least you can do is show me your ID. You are the unknown; I’ve already proven myself.

Remember while I may have the option to blackmail (I don’t? You could put me behind bars and I would lose my whole business and career) you always have the option to assault/r*pe/kill me and the cops almost definitely don’t give a flying fuck.

I’ve shared my photo and drivers license with plenty of SWs. I just make sure that they have been mentioned / verified as legit on PERB or somewhere like that before I do it.

Who is asking for your photo? Easy enough for us to verify if she’s legit and calm your fears (or confirm that she’s an unknown and too much of a risk).

There goes the white knight. 1st off its 2022 my friend subs you can buy, ( if you want i can provide you with several websites that do so, easy enough to find), OF can be faked pretty easily , and finally reviews (can be here or anywhere else)can be faked. If you believe anything you see on internet you're just waiting to get scammed in some ways whether it is in this biz or other. All I am saying is simple, do ask something to someone that youre not able to also provide. I'm just for fairness and security for all.
In terms of specific name I have none on top of my head at the moment, but I think that my paragraph showed you how subs do really mean anything.

I'm not sure why the agressivity... again, I'm not sure why you want to drag me into this race for " whos more victimized". .. thats not my point and thats not a discussion I'm having right now. A pooner asked a question to other pooners and just like any SW would do to with another SW I gave him advice as someone whos rooting for safety for him ( yes in this thread the subject is pooners safety). If you feel like its not a good advice its ok but please lets not make a whos right or wrong argument. thanks. I'd also like to point out that in this subject you are the most biased person since you obviously have invested interested ( which is fine), and therefore might not be the right person to decide whats the best course of option for us pooners. We all here ( whether it is pooners or SW) preach for people to always be cautious and prudent, and sending you adress and info to someone you dont know is quite certainly the definition of imprudence,thats exactly what my advice was. Clearly you agree that showing someone where you live is not the most prudent thing to do ( this is why you don't do it).

I’m upset because you’re seeing danger where there is none. I know what real danger is and giving an established provider ID is not it.
