With several blockbusters coming this year, what movies are on your radars to watch?

Top Gun:Maverick appears to be really good.
Doctor Strange was solid.
Thor:Love and Thunder has my interest.
Jurassic World Dominion is a maybe....their films seem either to be hit or miss badly.
Elvis with Tom Hanks has appeal.
Bullet Train's trailers look good.
The Man from Toronto is a maybe for me.

Here is a 2022 summer movie calender

That’s a good list of potentially excellent films. Elvis with Tom Hanks as Col Tom Parker could a good one.

Netflix is investing a lot of $ this year on films. I was reading the ‘Gray Man’ with Ryan Gosling cost $200 M to produce.

Maverick was lots of fun—recommend for sure. Been a while since I’ve enjoyed a cinema experience that much and can’t remember the last time I got misty eyed at one—wasn’t alone 😂. I’m hyped for Bullet Train!! Was supposed to go to Japan and elsewhere in Asia April 20’ and now set for this year. Looks like a fun R rated comedic thriller, uncommon these days, that will also stoke my J trip anticipation!

There's a new anime film from the guy behind Sword of the Stranger. The Deer King, definitely gonna see that on the big screen.

Also, there's a sequel to korean action sci fi movie The Witch Part 1: The Subversion. It comes out june 17. The first one is pretty cool. Sequel will be called The Witch Part 2: The Other One

Black Adam. Dwayne Johnson does too many movies I feel that aren't really his. They like to inject him into other franchises or it will not really be a pure action flick its always a disaster or sci fi or fantasy added in. Black Adam has the potential to be his second franchise, the first being the Jumanji reboot sequels.

Elvis: just watching it for Tom Hanks and the glamour

Avatar 2: its gotta be seen on the big screen. I know a lot of people didn't like the first one due to its sinplicity but I watched it 4 times in theatres so I am pumped for Part 2

Elvis with Tom Hanks has appeal.
Heard an ugly rumour that this movie isn't going to have Elvis' original songs at all. Just modernized covers from other genres like R&B and Rap.

This clip/trailer is pretty much what the movie will be. Hear lyrics we're familiar with, but then cue the out of place guitar riffs

Hopefully, I'm wrong, I want to like this movie.
